Communication is strictly via WhatsApp or SMS.

No Calls will be taken without an appointment.

Communication times are 08h00 and 17h00 Tuesday to Thursday, and 09h00 to 16h00 Friday to Sunday. NO communication on Mondays.

All messages are attended to on a first come first serve basis. You can expect a response within a period 48 hours weekdays, and 72 hours on Weekends (Friday from 14h00 to Sunday 12h00)
